Details: On the MySQL Admin screen, you can only make one edit before
having to back out of the table and jump back in. Not a big deal,
but it looks like the "edit column" button is left disabled even
after the change is committed.

Details: Modified the MySQL Admin routines to reset the Edit Column
button to enabled when changing the state back to
BROWSE_ONLY. This allows the user to edit the same column
immediately after committing a change to that column.
