Description: DB Toolbar remains greyed out after a successful SELECT LIVE

Details: I upgraded from version 0.19.3.42 and now the DB Tools bar
remains greyed out and is unusable. It worked fine in the
earlier version. The query I used was:

select live * from test

There is one record in 'test' and when I viewed the results I
was able to edit the values, but the DB Tools bar remained grey
and therefore could not actually update the table.

Details: Fixed the DB Toolbar to properly be enabled
or disabled based on whether or not the
query results are editable.

If the query results are 'Live' or editable, the
DB Toolbar is automatically enabled. If the
result set is Read Only, the DB Toolbar is
disabled (grayed out).
